Menggunakan bantuan plugin yang namanya Wordpress Automatic upgrade (download) .

1. Download Wordpress Automatic upgrade plugin
2. Install plugin lalu aktifkan seperti biasa
3. Go to Wordpress Automatic Upgrade

4. Follow the rest steps carefully.
